Micah Rubenstein was an Associate Professor of Music for 14 years at Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio, where he taught theory, composition, orchestration, History of Jazz, and American Musical Theater.

But his "great books" liberal arts education eventually led him into publishing where he served as Managing Editor for Wisdom Media Group, the leading producer and broadcaster of television, radio and internet programming in the conscious living genre.
